This role involves assisting Project Managers and Superintendents in the construction process for commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. You'll participate in stakeholder meetings, track project schedules, and ensure compliance with quality standards. The position begins in Edmonton but will transition to a project site near Fort Saskatchewan.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support project startups with tendering and bid evaluations
• Manage project execution including RFIs and change orders
• Assist with project closeout inspections and O&M; Manuals




• Maintain compliance with QA/QC protocols
• Facilitate meeting minutes and track action items
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or 2-year diploma in construction discipline
• 2+ years of Project Coordinator experience
• Experience with large-scale earthworks and utilities construction
• Proficiency in Procore and Last Planner System
• Robust communication and organizational skills
