This full-time position involves direct reporting to the AR Lead. You will handle accounts receivable, support invoicing processes, and ensure timely recordkeeping while answering finance-related inquiries. Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately
• Process incoming payments and apply cash receipts
• Follow up on overdue balances and credit management




• Maintain organized financial records for the branch
• Assist with monthly reporting and reconciliations
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Post-secondary education in accounting or finance preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred
• Solid attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
