Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, strong communication skills, and at least three years of clinical experience. Your role will significantly impact client care outcomes and foster a culture of continuous improvement in healthcare practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver clinical education programs for staff
• Promote best practices in patient care and support education initiatives
• Assist in maintaining care standards and quality improvement
• Provide guidance in applying nursing processes for optimal care
• Collaborate with staff, leaders, and external partners
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
• Minimum 3 years of full time clinical experience
• Registration with the College of Alberta Nurses
• Teaching competency in adult education settings
• Valid driver's license for site travel
