This full-time, temporary role reports to the Senior Director, Quality & Outcomes and requires a robust foundation in healthcare along with demonstrated research and data analysis skills. You will support quality management projects and engage with stakeholders while ensuring high data quality and impactful insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion the Enterprise Quality Framework in projects
• Conduct research on quality standards and clinical guidelines
• Develop quality improvement and risk management projects
• Perform data analysis to extract actionable insights
• Assist in preparing reports for enterprise governance bodies
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of Canada’s healthcare sector
• Experience in research and analysis projects
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel; SQL, R, or Python an asset
• Currently enrolled in a Master's or PhD program
