As a Youth Support Worker, you will provide essential front-line services within the Family Resource Network's Youth Transition Program. Focus on empowering youth through individualized coaching and facilitating group workshops that cover critical topics like emotional regulation and healthy relationships. Your role centers on creating protected spaces that promote resilience and connections to additional resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop trusting relationships with a strengths-based focus
• Provide individualized support and coaching for personal goals




• Conduct group workshops on coping and decision-making
• Monitor youth well-being and document outcomes
• Facilitate warm referrals to community supports
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary degree or diploma
• At least 2 years experience with vulnerable populations
• Certification in First Aid & CPR-C
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices
• Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle
