As a Designer 2 for Men's Hike at Arc’teryx, you will leverage your 5+ years of apparel design experience to produce cutting-edge designs that enhance the hiking experience. Your expertise in technical design processes and garment construction will be crucial in developing pants, knits, and insulation styles. Collaborate with fellow designers and technical teams to create prototypes and bring innovative concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute product designs within seasonal timelines
• Develop mockups and prototypes to explore new concepts
• Collaborate with the Fit & Pattern Team on design resolutions




• Coordinate with Raw Materials for prototyping availability
• Stay updated with industry trends and athlete feedback
Requirements:
• Degree in apparel design and 5+ years experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (3-5 years)
• Strong understanding of sewing and garment construction
• Demonstrated initiative and collaborative communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace
