As an IT Operations Engineer, you'll take ownership of IT functions for both veritree and tentree. Key responsibilities include providing end-user support, managing device fleets, and ensuring network integrity across systems. Your work will directly support climate restoration goals by maintaining efficient IT operations and enhancing security measures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality end-user support across software and hardware
• Manage IT infrastructure like VPN, DNS, and networking
• Oversee procurement, renewals, and asset management




• Create documentation and repeatable IT processes
• Administer Google Workspace and security policies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT
• 3+ years in IT operations or systems administration
• Proven MDM management experience
• Strong skills in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with Linux, macOS, and Windows environments
