Overview
Are you an experienced Labour Supervisor with a background in residential or commercial restoration or renovation projects? Ledcor Construction is looking for a motivated and safety-minded professional to join our Building Services Team in Vancouver. In this role, you will lead a small crew of Detailing Specialists, providing direction, training, and hands‑on support to ensure high quality work and protected, efficient operations. You’ll work closely with the Building Services Manager and other team members to deliver outstanding results on every project. Essential Responsibilities
- Supervise and provide quality control for labour and detailing activities
- Train and mentor Detailing Specialists
- Manage daily performance and workforce requirements
- Perform hands‑on labour duties as needed
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all crew members, the public, and clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in residential or commercial restoration or renovation construction projects
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Proven ability to manage time, priorities, and multiple tasks effectively
- Technically adept with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to promote safety and teamwork
- Intermediate First Aid and Transportation Endorsement, WHIMS, and Fall protection certification (completed or willingness to obtain)
Working Conditions
Able to meet the physical requirements of the position which involves sitting, standing, bending,
lifting (up to 25 pounds), in confined spaces and in various weather conditions (rain, snow, heat etc.) Occasional travel required to site and/or other office locations.

Remote, site‑based positions may be eligible for additional incentives including but not limited to travel and accommodation allowances.
