As part of the Blue Door team, you'll coordinate programming efforts in Durham Region, fostering connections with community organizations and service providers. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and strengthen partnerships within the community
• Coordinate and implement programming and community initiatives
• Assess service needs and implement targeted solutions




• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting requirements
• Represent Blue Door at community meetings and initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or similar area
• At least 3 years of experience in a related role
• Familiarity with homelessness and mental health challenges
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
