As the Clinical Programs Manager, you will oversee Developmental Services and counselling programs, provide clinical supervision, and support ethical service delivery. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of direct clinical practice, with a strong background in Developmental Services and community partnerships. Your leadership will drive quality improvement and ensure the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership across various services, ensuring quality support
• Supervise registered professionals in clinical settings
• Monitor program outcomes and service data performance

Requirements:
• Master's degree in Social Work or related field
• Minimum of three years in clinical supervision
• Solid experience in Developmental Services and community programs
• Proficiency in clinical databases and performance measurement
• Valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence required
