We are looking for a skilled Physiotherapist to enhance our Community Stroke Rehab Clinic. As a full-time member of our team, you will conduct assessments, create individualized treatment programs, and consult with patients to improve their rehabilitation journey. Your role involves collaborating with Therapy Assistants and actively participating in program planning and evaluation to ensure top-notch patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients
• Formulate goals and recommendations tailored to patient needs
• Implement patient-centered,



goal-directed therapy programs
• Promote physiotherapy services to external referrals
• Provide home-based therapy as required
Requirements:
• Graduate of accredited Physiotherapy program
• Member in valuable standing with College of Physiotherapists Ontario
• 2 years clinical experience in stroke/neurological populations preferred
• Knowledge of stroke best practices
• Valid G license and CPR Level C
