As part of the Police and Public Safety Institute, you will assist faculty and staff at the Woodroffe Campus. Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, lab setup, and ensuring all supplies are in order. Your skills will contribute to effective learning in pre-service firefighting courses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for faculty during training
• Coordinate maintenance schedules for firefighting equipment
• Set up and dismantle laboratory environments
• Train staff on equipment usage and safety
• Monitor and maintain equipment inventory
Requirements:
• Trade certification or relevant diploma with experience
• WHMIS certification required prior to employment
• Valid DZ licence necessary for role
• Minimum of three years’ related experience
• Regular on-site engagement at Woodroffe Campus
