Job Description Summary We are seeking an Analyst, Business Intelligence to support the design, development, and maintenance of interactive dashboards and reports for Inventory Management stakeholders. This role will work closely with Inventory Management, Accounting, FP&A;, and business teams to translate financial data into meaningful insights that support decision‑making.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in Microsoft Power BI, solid understanding of Inventory Management processes, and the ability to transform complex datasets into intuitive visualizations.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for Inventory Management processes (e.g., inventory health, stock levels, turns, aging, service levels, fill rate, OTIF, and KPI tracking).
Collaborate with Inventory Management, Demand Planning, and Purchasing stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
Build and optimize Power BI data models, measures, and relationships to support inventory visibility and decision‑making.
Develop and maintain ETL processes using Power Query and related data transformation tools to integrate inventory, supply, and demand data.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across inventory reports and analytics outputs.
Manage and maintain Power BI workspaces, including access control, deployment pipelines, and governance practices.
Leverage Microsoft Fabric capabilities (e.g., dataflows, lakehouse, semantic models) to enhance data integration, scalability, and performance of inventory analytics.
Work with data from ERP systems (e.g., SAP), warehouse management systems, and other enterprise data sources.
Optimize report performance and troubleshoot issues related to data refresh, model performance, and visualization efficiency.
Document data models, report logic, KPIs, and business definitions related to inventory management.
Provide training and support to end‑users on Power BI dashboards and self‑service inventory analytics capabilities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory optimization, working capital reduction, and service level performance.
Leverage Python for advanced data analysis, automation, and data transformation (e.g., building data pipelines, performing complex calculations, and enhancing Power BI datasets through integrated workflows).
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in BI/reporting roles, with at least 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in Power BI.
Strong proficiency in:
Power BI Desktop & Service
Power Query (M language)
Data modeling concepts
Solid understanding of Inventory Management and accounting principles.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
Experience integrating data from ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.) is an asset.
Hands‑on experience with Power BI Service, including workspace management and deployment pipelines.
Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric (Dataflows Gen2, Lakehouse, or related components) is an asset.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Salary Range $81,600.00 – $122,400.00 Annual
