Key Responsibilities:
• Support dietary staff through training and audits

• Manage food preparation and dining room quality

Requirements:
• Community College Diploma in Food Service or related field
• Experience supervising in a long-term care setting
• Capable of handling food service protocols
• Solid computer and communication skills
• Must possess legal eligibility to work in Canada
