We’re hiring a Senior People Business Partner to help scale Cohere through a major phase of growth. This strategic People leadership role partners closely with our GTM organization and senior leaders. Senior PBPs act as trusted advisors to leadership teams and influence the broader People organization, supporting leaders across organizational design, leadership effectiveness, talent strategy, succession planning, and organizational health in a fast-scaling, globally distributed environment. Qualifications

- Director‑equivalent BP experience, Head of People experience at a smaller company, or similar IC7+ scope
- Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, or similar functions in technical environments
- Experience operating in startup, scale‑up, or rapidly growing environments
- Global exposure—supported distributed organizations across multiple countries or regions
- Exceptional written and asynchronous communication skills
- Ability to build trust and influence through credibility, judgment, and strong relationships

Location & Compensation

This role can be based remotely or from one of Cohere’s office locations; there is no minimum in‑office requirement. Salary range: $130,000 – $240,000 USD, with compensation determined by location, level,



and experience.
