Take on a key role as a Mixer Operator at our Uxbridge facility. This position requires blending spices while maintaining safety and quality standards in food production.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will blend spices according to strict production specifications. Responsibilities include accurately weighing and measuring ingredients, as well as ensuring compliance with HACCP and GMP standards. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a food manufacturing environment and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately blend spices as per formulas
• Weigh and measure ingredients with precision
• Verify batch numbers for traceability
• Monitor and maintain product quality
• Complete production logs and quality control forms
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift license or a willingness to obtain one
• Previous experience in spice blending preferred
• Knowledge of HACCP and GMP standards
• Robust attention to detail and physical stamina
