CASS is hiring for a General Relief Worker in Calgary to assist clients in meeting their goals and building independent living skills. You'll provide emotional and practical support based on the individual plans laid out for each client. Your efforts will contribute greatly to fostering inclusivity and community engagement for marginalized groups.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish respectful boundaries and working relationships with clients
• Guide clients in developing personal independence goals
• Complete documentation and client reports accurately




• Attend to health and safety policies during support
• Participate in ongoing training and adhere to CASS guidelines
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Human Services required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience supporting adults with disabilities is preferred
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification required
• Must pass a police information check for vulnerability
