A Senior Operations Leadership Opportunity We are seeking a highly accomplished senior operations leader to step into a critical site leadership role within a well-established, privately owned industrial organization operating in the advanced materials and circular economy space. This is a high-impact, in office leadership role overseeing a large-scale, 24/7 manufacturing and processing facility. The successful individual will be trusted with full operational accountability — safety, quality, people, performance, and profitability — while playing a key role in shaping the future of the operation.
