HEABC is on the lookout for an Associate, Health Care Assistant, for a 6-month contract. Candidates can work in a hybrid setting, splitting time between office and remote environments. This role focuses on enhancing applications for the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry through expert guidance and customer service to HCAs. Responsibilities include answering queries, guiding bursary applicants, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert advice on HCA registration processes
• Conduct consultations with bursary applicants
• Manage communications and respond to client inquiries
• Maintain internal databases and record updates
• Collaborate on workshops for aspiring HCAs
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar
• At least three years of related experience
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
• Exceptional communication capabilities
• Self-motivated with a team-oriented approach
