This full time role covers maternity leave and requires rotating shift availability. You will support the quality assurance program, performing essential testing on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure they meet established specifications. Your contributions will directly impact the quality, consistency, and food safety of our beverages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct tests on incoming raw materials and packaged products
• Perform microbiological assessments and sensory evaluations




• Maintain communication with production teams for quality maintenance
• Keep the Quality Labs organized and operational
• Engage in product and process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Required laboratory experience in beverage production
• Preferred QC/QA background in brewing environments
• Understanding of brewing processes and instrumentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Degree in food science, microbiology or related field
