As a Full-Time Leasing Agent at Realstar, your primary responsibility will be to qualify and assist prospective residents in finding their ideal apartment suites. This role also includes preparing rental applications, handling lease agreements, and maintaining communication with current residents. You will support ongoing training and development while fostering an inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct property tours for prospective residents
• Qualify potential residents based on needs




• Answer leasing inquiries and provide information
• Manage rental application processing and approvals
• Organize open houses and community events
Requirements:
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience is desirable
• Proficiency in MS Office products
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Prior leasing or sales experience an asset
