Teck seeks an experienced Apprentice Pipefitter to join the Trail Operations team. Successful candidates will complete their Grade 12 and a Pipefitter/Plumber Foundation course while actively engaging in maintenance and repairs. You will lead safety practices and work on complex piping systems, either independently or within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a safety leader and follow environmental rules
• Repair various complex piping systems
• Conduct preventative maintenance work
• Work autonomously or in team settings
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 with proof
• Pipefitter/Plumber Foundation course completion
• Currently enrolled as an apprentice pipefitter
• Journeyperson Plumber with relevant hours considered
• WHMIS certification is preferred
