AgeCare is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to join its team. You will implement care policies alongside Registered Nurses and ensure residents receive high-quality care. Your responsibilities will include liaising with physicians, notifying significant changes, and leading the care team in a supportive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direction to Personal Support Workers
• Liaise with healthcare team and external partners

• Participate in shift reports on resident status
Requirements:
• Knowledge in geriatric and long-term care nursing
• Certificate of Competence from College of Nurses Ontario
• Familiarity with relevant healthcare acts and regulations
• Strong background in nursing administration
