This position offers a dynamic opportunity to deliver comprehensive nursing interventions and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. As an RPN, you'll focus on the individual needs of clients aged 65 and older, integrating personal care and recreational support. Expect to work day-night shifts while developing and revising care plans in collaboration with Registered Nurses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing interventions within RPN scope
• Provide client-centered care in a collaborative team workplace




• Collaborate with the Registered Nurse on care plan updates
Requirements:
• Current registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification, Level C
• Experience with cognitive impairment/dementia clients preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer skills, including Meditech and Microsoft Office
