Reporting to the CEO, the Director serves as a senior HR leader, guiding the Executive Leadership Team in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. You will spearhead a comprehensive people strategy and ensure compliance across HR practices while fostering a culture that emphasizes inclusion and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and execute enterprise-wide people strategy • Oversee total rewards program and compensation practices • Advise executive leadership on workforce planning • Lead organizational change initiatives and workforce capability • Build a culture of engagement and inclusion

Requirements: • 8-10 years of progressive HR management experience • Solid knowledge of Ontario employment legislation • Proven experience in executive HR advisory roles • Familiarity with HRIS and data analytics tools • High degree of judgment in sensitive matters
