In-home caregiver – private home – MJI… family

- NOC Job Code/Title: 44101 - Family Caregiver

Terms of employment – this job is for a full‑time position (between 30 and 40 hours per week). Flexible / split‑shift schedule required. Weekend work may be required. Language required is English.

Salary – $22 per hour. Start date: October 5, 2026.

Location – private client lives in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, residential neighbourhood.

Duties may include:

- This job is to help with the care of a woman with a physical disability.
- Shop for food and household supplies.
- Assist employer with her daily needs.
- Drive employer to and from appointments.
- Run errands for the employer.
- Plan, prepare, cook and serve meals. Kitchen clean‑up is also required.




- General housework that will include doing laundry and some ironing.
- Dusting rooms to ensure a clean environment.
- Travel with employer is required; employer will pay for all travel expenses.

Qualifications:

- Must have completed at minimum Canadian secondary school education.
- Must have at least two years of work‑related experience as a caregiver and domestic worker or equivalent training.
- Must be dependable, honest, discreet, hardworking, independent, and able to manage the job without supervision.
