This position involves critical responsibilities including preventive and corrective maintenance of various systems. With a rotating shift schedule and weekend on-call duty, flexibility is essential. The role requires a 4th Class Power Engineer Certification and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and plumbing systems
• Conduct comprehensive inspections of building systems
• Operate and adjust mechanical equipment as needed
• Document maintenance activities thoroughly
• Respond to urgent situations and customer concerns
Requirements:
• 4th Class Power Engineer Certification is mandatory
• 3+ years in commercial property maintenance
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Basic computing skills in Microsoft Office
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
