Empower residents' well-being with S&R; Seniors Living as a Wellness and Care Planning Nurse. This part time role focuses on medication administration and resident support while maintaining health records.
As a key member of the wellness team, you will support the Director of Wellness in tracking resident health goals and ensure compliance with care regulations. You'll engage with Ontario Health at Home and facilitate physician visits, all while championing health and safety practices in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating and maintaining resident wellness goals
• Manage medication administration audits efficiently
• Coordinate with physicians and community health services




• Support care planning and compliance initiatives
• Maintain accurate health records for all residents
Requirements:
• RPN or higher with current nursing registration
• 3-5 years of nursing experience, preferably in retirement home settings
• Strong supervisory skills and CPR certifications
• Proficient in MS Office and health record software
• Commit to resident-centered care principles
