In this role, you will work independently and collaboratively, taking pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across our rental properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean entrances, elevators, offices, and common areas
• Maintain vacant suites with touch-ups as needed
• Assist with interior and exterior garbage management
• Participate in snow removal and painting tasks
• Ensure equipment is maintained and functioning
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years cleaning experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 90kg with equipment
• Robust commitment to customer service
• Good time-management and teamwork skills
