In this newly created position, you'll assist the Senior Corporate Legal Counsel with mergers, corporate maintenance, and compliance efforts. Your attention to detail is crucial as you prepare closing documents, support due diligence, and manage corporate governance tasks. Collaboration and organization will be key in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare closing deliverables for share and asset acquisitions
• Assist with post-closing integration and corporate filings
• Support corporate governance across multiple entities




• Research compliance and regulatory filings for clinics
• Aid in maintaining internal legal documentation and trackers
Requirements:
• At least 4 years' experience as a Law Clerk
• Canadian Law Clerk program completion strongly preferred
• Practical knowledge of M&A; and corporate governance
• Motivated and able to manage competing deadlines
• Strong analytical skills and independent judgment
