Carecor is seeking a compassionate Specialty Pharma Registered Nurse for an 18-month temporary position, working one day per week with schedule flexibility. You will provide individualized care while monitoring patients for infusion-related reactions and performing essential nursing tasks. Successful candidates should possess strong patient assessment skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop personalized nursing care plans for patients
• Conduct health assessments and teach medication administration




• Initiate IV access using peripheral lines or central lines
• Prepare and administer intravenous pharmacological treatments
• Document patient conditions and report adverse events
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
• Current registration with the provincial nursing body
• Valid BLS certification; ACLS for clinic roles
• Experience in acute care or specialty pharmaceuticals
• Strong peripheral IV and communication skills
