Key Responsibilities:
• Work on residential and commercial window replacement projects
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and building managers
• Produce accurate shop drawings and field survey sketches
• Ensure compliance with NYC DOB and LPC requirements
• Coordinate closely with project managers and manufacturers
Requirements:
• 2+ years of window installation experience preferred
• Proficient in Excel and CAD tools
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in occupied buildings
• Valid driver's license preferred
