As a Control Panel Assembler, you'll report to the Plant Supervisor and play a crucial role in assembling and wiring control panels. You will review panel drawings, layout components, drill back plates, and perform final quality inspections. Collaboration with purchasing and engineering is vital for maintaining inventory and resolving issues during assembly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review panel drawings for accuracy and completeness
• Layout and mount all components for wiring
• Drill and tap back plates for proper component fitting
• Conduct final quality inspections of assembled panels
• Assist engineers and electricians with assembly issues
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years' experience in electrical wiring
• Ability to read and interpret wiring schematics
• Robust collaboration and self-motivation skills
• Capacity to follow safety protocols in a manufacturing environment
