- Hourly Rate: The academic year starts on September 1 and ends on August 31. Undergraduate students will be paid at the lower rate; while graduate students will be paid at the higher rate. These rates do not included vacation pay nor statutory pay. These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified. Retro will be paid after the ratification.

Responsibilities

- DGD deliveries
- Responding to student e-mails
- Holding office hours
- Managing Discussion groups and other features of Brightspace site
- Marking individual assignments and mid-terms (incl. acad integrity checks)
- Support for Synchronous Lectures and Monitoring & Adapting Brightspace Sites
- Contract hours may be reallocated among different tasks, which the professor may adjust over the course of the semester




- Must be located in Ottawa for the entire duration of the course (with the exception of official University holidays), including through the grading of the final exam and calculation of final grades by the professor

Minimum Qualifications

- Minimum C.G.P.A. of 6.0
- Minimum grade of A- in MAT 1700 AND MAT 1702 or their equivalent
- Minimum grade of A- in ADM 2302 AND ADM 2303
- Ability to demonstrate problem solutions and to communicate effectively in a laboratory setting
- Experience with managing Brightspace course pages (as a grader or TA)
- Experience with online course delivery considered an asset
- Experience with online videoconferencing setting considered an asset (ex. Microsoft Teams)
