As a key player in our agency, you will focus on the development and management of various insurance products, identifying client needs across personal and business markets. Your responsibilities will include conducting proactive client reviews and addressing concerns while following compliance regulations. Expect to utilize your creative mindset to enhance operational efficiencies and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct risk assessments and adhere to underwriting guidelines
• Service the agency's life and wealth management portfolios
• Respond to client inquiries, resolving issues as required




• Engage in regular prospecting and needs analysis for clients
• Develop and execute marketing plans for product lines
Requirements:
• Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma
• Licenses: LLQP (willing to obtain) and OTL required
• Two years of sales experience preferred
• Familiarity with insurance products is beneficial
• Excellent problem-solving and relationship-building skills
