Key Responsibilities:
• Process incoming payments and prepare bank deposits
• Apply payments for PAC and Direct Bill policies
• Manage returned payments and conduct account follow-up




• Respond to inquiries from brokers and insureds
• Assist in account reconciliation and collection efforts
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written
• Post-secondary education in Accounting or related field
• Prior experience in accounts receivable or administrative support
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
