As a Custodian/Janitor, you will take charge of cleaning duties that include washing walls, floors, and windows, while also collecting and disposing of trash effectively. The role requires a valid driver’s license for cleaning assignments and previous custodial experience is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and dispose of trash following procedures
• Dust and mop floors efficiently
• Clean walls, windows, and furniture regularly
• Sanitize surfaces with assigned materials
• Initiate cleaning tasks in required areas
Requirements:
• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset
• Valid Driver’s License required
• WHMIS and BSW Certifications advantageous
• Strong command of English, verbal and written
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
