As a full-time support worker under the Building Manager's direction, you will assist residents with emotional and social needs while promoting their independence. Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate residents' needs and connect them to services
• Facilitate residents' goal-setting and action plans
• Provide accompaniment to essential appointments
• Conduct property safety assessments regularly

Requirements:
• Minimum two years in a similar role
• Knowledge of mental health and Indigenous resources
• Understanding the effects of colonialism on community
• A diploma or relevant qualification in social services
