If you’re a strong communicator, enjoy coaching others, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role offers excellent opportunities to grow your retail leadership career.**What You’ll Do****Leadership & Team Support*** Assist with supervising, coaching, and training staff* Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management* Help promote a positive, engaged team culture**Store Operations*** Support daily store operations, including opening and closing duties* Manage store communication (email, updates, task assignments)* Work closely with the Store Manager on staffing, operational needs, and sales goals**Customer Service & Compliance*** Check ID and ensure all alcohol sales meet Alberta regulations* Deliver friendly,
