Operating Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, you will engage directly with customers, process their orders, and ensure prompt resolution of any issues. Your performance will contribute to enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and input customer orders for timely processing
• Offer shipping information and address inquiries
• Maintain logs for damaged or back-ordered goods




• Manage returned products and assure proper credit
• Liaise between customers and the warehouse on account issues
Requirements:
• Two years of relevant office experience required
• Robust skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of Pack Manager is beneficial
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
