Your position involves working Friday and Saturday nights and contributing to person-centered care practices. Responsibilities include administering medications, ensuring compliance with program goals, and collaborating with clinical professionals and service teams.

• Implement and adapt Behavioral Support Plans effectively
• Work collaboratively with service teams
• Advocate for individuals’ needs and objectives
Requirements:
• DSW Diploma or work equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Fluency in ASL and knowledge of the Deaf community
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Valid Ontario Full G Driver’s License
