Reporting directly to the Supervisor of Quality Assurance, you'll focus on quality operations, sanitation, and batching to meet the company's objectives. This role requires a keen eye for detail and hands-on expertise in food safety regulations and quality monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to health and safety policies in production
• Conduct chemical analyses and maintain quality logs
• Perform routine checks on finished products for quality assurance
• Collaborate with departments to reduce quality discrepancies
• Manage laboratory equipment maintenance and cleanliness
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Food Science or related fields
• Experience with quality systems such as GMP, HACCP, SQF
• Skilled in Excel, Word, and SAP software
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rotating shift workplace
