Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and orient Relational Security Officers effectively
• Patrol facilities and utilize surveillance systems
• Manage emergency responses and crisis interventions
• Produce detailed reports on incidents and performance metrics
• Provide First Aid services when necessary
Requirements:
• Current BC Security Guard License and OFA Level 2 Certification
• Three years' experience in security, one year in a supervisory role
• Valid B.C. Class 5 vehicle license
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle physical demands of the position
