You will utilize your skills in CNC processes and statistical tools to resolve non-conformances and design essential tooling and fixtures. Supporting junior team members and maintaining accurate documentation are critical tasks as you execute continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and update machining procedures and standards • Assess and resolve non-conformances effectively • Design and maintain tooling and fixture documentation • Conduct manufacturability reviews for new projects • Lead medium-scale engineering projects on-site
Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering required • 3-5 years of machining experience in manufacturing • Hands-on experience with CNC and manual machining • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities • Experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks desired
