Hillel Queen's is looking for a passionate Engagement and Wellness Coordinator to enhance the student experience through meaningful connections. This full time position in Kingston, Ontario, focuses on wellness and community-building initiatives.
You will serve as a vital member of the Hillel team, actively promoting student engagement and wellbeing. Your role will involve strategizing initiatives that connect students to resources while fostering a sense of belonging within the Jewish community. Proactive outreach and mentorship will be essential in supporting students in achieving their life goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build key relationships to deepen student engagement
• Implement wellness and educational programming
• Identify student needs and design relevant initiatives
• Support case management and provide crisis assistance
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions
Requirements:
• Degree in Social Work or Psychology (Masters preferred)
• Experience in community service or related fields
• Strong relationship-building abilities and advocacy skills
• Capable of facilitating impactful programs
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
