As the Mine Operations Supervisor, you will report to the Senior Supervisor and drive production while empowering your team. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with various personnel. You will also focus on continuous improvement while adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead operations crew in achieving safety and production targets
• Optimize truck, shovel, drilling, and blasting functionalities
• Administer health, safety, and environmental regulations




• Collaborate closely with shift supervisors and engineering teams
• Participate in safety investigations and organizational training
Requirements:
• Open Pit Shift Boss certificate required
• Minimum three years in open pit mining operations
• Knowledge of BC mining regulations and safety codes
• Familiarity with Wenco Dispatch system is a plus
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent
