Position Relationship Advisor – Member Experience and Pension Operations. Permanent role located in Toronto (Hybrid). Reporting directly to the Senior Vice‑President, Member Experience & Pension Operations. We pride ourselves on a team-oriented, inclusive and continuous‑improvement culture. Key Responsibilities Support the SVP by acting as a gatekeeper, managing the relationship map of key stakeholders. Strategically manage relationships to reinforce a positive impression of the MExPO Division. Handle requests for SVP interaction and determine appropriate action; create debrief notes and follow‑up actions. Lead budget planning, monitoring and forecasting for the OSVP; process invoices and expenses. Manage process flow for SVP‑chaired committees: schedule meetings, prepare agendas, compile and edit materials. Produce materials for corporate, MExPO initiatives and board documentation. Coordinate OSVP recruitment and onboarding processes. Plan and execute MExPO Division events, liaising with external parties. Attend senior leadership meetings, capture notes, and ensure action items are met. Provide high‑level business administration: calendar management, communication screening, and confidential correspondence. Perform other duties as assigned and ensure adherence to OPTrust policies and values.



Required Qualifications Minimum 7 years’ experience providing senior‑level support to executives in a complex organization. Experience in pensions, financial services or a regulated environment preferred. College or university degree preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational, time‑management and prioritization skills. Digital literacy and proficiency with databases, Microsoft Office, and financial software for expense reports. Demonstrated judgment, discretion with confidential material, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
