• Guide workforce management and scheduling across hospital operations • Assess and address workforce risks with actionable insights • Ensure HR Operations deliver compliant and reliable services • Collaborate with Digital/IT for optimized HR technology • Cultivate a high-performance, inclusive team culture

Requirements: • Bachelor's in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred • 8 to 10 years in workforce management/HR operations • 5+ years formal leadership experience • Experience with payroll systems and HR analytics • Robust analytical and communication skills
