Key Responsibilities:
• Retrieve and organize files returned from storage
• Remove unnecessary documents per digitization guidelines

• Maintain organized systems for record retrieval
Requirements:
• Grade 11 education or equivalent necessary
• 2 years of administrative or clerical experience required
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
