This role emphasizes building relationships with Members while assisting with banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and basic loan services. You will actively promote credit union offerings and refer Members to specialized advisors when necessary, ensuring a smooth banking experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create a personalized experience for Members at all touchpoints
• Process transactions like deposits and withdrawals efficiently
• Identify Member service opportunities and make referrals




• Maintain cash balances and assist with ATM management
• Prepare accurate reports and track Member interactions
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
• Two years of experience in customer service within banking
• Previous sales experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining service quality
